Amazing vegetable minced meat cake - Recipe Of Meat Loaf

Ingredients:


  • 1/3 cube Yeast (approx. 15 g)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 l lukewarm milk
  • 250 g Flour
  •  salt
  • 50 g soft butter
  •  Butter for the mold
  •  Flour to work with
  • 2nd Carrots
  • 400 g celery root
  • 1 stick leek
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  •  salt
  •  pepper
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1-2 Msp. Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 80-100 ml vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2nd Eggs
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 g Allgäu Emmental



Preparation:

For the dough, crumble the yeast into a small bowl, stir in the sugar and 50 ml of milk and let everything cover for about 15 minutes. Then mix the flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, add the butter, the remaining milk, and the yeast batch and knead everything into a smooth dough. Dust with flour and cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
In the meantime, peel carrots and celery for the topping and dice approx. 1 cm in size. Clean the leek, halve lengthways, wash thoroughly and cut into 1/2 cm thick rings. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden yellow. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly, stir with salt, pepper, oregano, and chili. Stir in the tomato paste and fry briefly. Remove the mince mixture from the pan.
Heat the remaining oil in the pan, stir-fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Salt, pepper, add broth, and cook everything open over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. The liquid should evaporate almost completely. Wash the parsley, shake dry, chop with the stems and stir in. Remove the vegetable mixture from the heat.
Preheat the oven to 220 °, grease the pan. Knead the dough and roll out on a little flour, line the mold with it, and form an edge. Mix the milk, eggs, and crème fraîche. Grate cheese, mix with mince and vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Spread on the dough, pour the icing over it. Bake the cake in the oven (center) in 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
