In which Chicken Biryani and Rajma Rice remain their favorite dish. Earlier they used to eat everything, but for the last few days, they are eating only healthy food to control their weight. But sometimes Salman prefers to eat modak, kebabs, and Italian food while changing his menu. Here is Salman Khan's special diet plan:

1. Before Workout: Salman Khan starts his day with a workout but prefers to take a protein shake and two egg whites before a workout. Which gives them the energy required to do workouts. 

2. After Workout: Just like before workout, eat some protein bars, oats, almonds, and three egg whites after the workout. 

3. Breakfast: Salman likes to have four eggs (white part only) and low-fat milk in breakfast, to avoid excess fat on the body and to give the body a proper amount of energy. 

4. Lunch: Salman always likes to eat mutton, fried fish, salad, and fruits at lunch. This gives them protein from non-veg, while they take essential nutrients like iron, fiber from salads, and fruits. 

5. Dinner: At dinner, Salman often prefers to have a light dinner, which includes chicken, fish, boiled vegetables, and soup. Apart from this, he never forgets to do cycling, swimming, and gym with a workout and healthy diet plan to keep himself fit.
